Personal Statement
I have learned a great deal about fiduciary responsibility from my family, for whom it was a guiding principle across generations. I have further reinforced this through my experience in the investment fund industry. Since 2008, I have been a professional Non-Executive Director.
MY APPROACH
My approach to this role is holistic, seeking to identify the complex, multifaceted aspects of immediate challenges while maintaining a strategic perspective.
However, there are times when urgency demands a swift solution. When applied within a holistic framework, such solutions are of higher quality, reducing the likelihood of rework or unforeseen obstacles.
A key aspect of my role as a Non-Executive Director is anticipating future challenges—an essential contribution to the Board and those responsible for management. My perspective is shaped by past and present Board experience, as well as insights gained from academia and esteemed industry practitioners.
